Edward-Elmhurst Health
When Edward-Elmhurst Health formed as a new combined system serving 1.9 million residents, it needed to announce its brand and build awareness from zero in a crowded Chicagoland market. We signed Danica Patrick as spokesperson for the 'Healthy-Driven' identity, placed TV around the Super Bowl and Academy Awards, took over Union Station, wrapped buses, deployed 20 digital billboards, and activated brand ambassador programs across the region — making the new system impossible to miss.
CMK Companies
CMK undertook the largest downtown Chicago condo project since the 1970s — 714 units — while Chicagoland condo sales had dropped 27% year over year. Chicago developers had always concentrated spend in the Sunday Tribune. We broke that mold entirely, deploying office tower elevator video, transit, digital, SEM, and direct realtor outreach — channels where no competitor was present — and outsold every residential developer in the market.
Carthage College
A 170-year-old private liberal arts college competing for top students against far better-resourced institutions — on a fraction of their budgets. We built a fully integrated recruitment campaign across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Snapchat, Spotify, search, and programmatic display, reaching prospective students in channels competitors hadn't discovered. The result: the largest incoming class in Carthage's 170+ year history.
Edward Hospital & Health Services
Edward Hospital needed to drive mass awareness for an innovative 5-minute online heart risk assessment — fast. We built a 360-degree media blitz spanning TV, radio, billboards, transit, door hangs, email, and search. One patient found she needed urgent heart surgery and credits the campaign with saving her life.
Elmhurst University
Facing aggressive competition from for-profit and online programs, Elmhurst was losing the battle for new students. We brought the institution's real differentiators — hands-on faculty, vibrant student life, 150 years of community roots — to life across a highly personal campaign: door hangs, direct mail, email, zip-code-targeted inserts, OOH, and targeted print. Applications turned around sharply across every student category.
The Waldorf Astoria Chicago
The Waldorf-Astoria Chicago — a 188-suite luxury property with a two-Michelin-star restaurant and 14,000 sq ft spa — needed to fill rooms through Chicago's slow season against The Four Seasons, The Drake, and The Ritz-Carlton. We built the campaign around a key insight: the target guest was tech-forward. We deployed precision-targeted ads across premium tech, business, and fashion properties — and were selected as beta partners for one of the first advertising campaigns ever launched on Twitter (X).
