Birds Choice came to Olander Media with a paid media operation that had significant structural issues underneath the surface. Three problems were limiting growth:

Broken Tracking & Infrastructure

Previous agency management left conversion tracking, Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, and Shopify integrations misconfigured — resulting in unreliable performance data across all platforms.

No Retargeting or Prospecting

The account had no retargeting or prospecting campaigns, leaving repeat buyers and new customer acquisition completely untapped.

Fragmented, Unscalable Account

Over 30 campaigns in Google Ads alone with no consolidation strategy, no Performance Max, and no structure to scale spend efficiently during peak selling seasons.

Rebuilt the full tracking and data infrastructure — correctly integrating Google Ads, GA4, Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, Shopify, and server-side tracking into a single reliable data layer. Consolidated the fragmented Google Ads account into a streamlined campaign architecture with Performance Max by product category, activated Shopping and Demand Gen campaigns, and built a multi-channel program across Google, Meta, and Microsoft to capture demand at every stage of the funnel.
