The Challenge
Where They Started
When All American 1930 came to Olander Media, the paid media program was underperforming and structurally unsound. Three core problems needed to be solved before any meaningful growth was possible:
Broken Tracking & Infrastructure
Previous agency management left conversion tracking, Google Merchant Center, and Meta Catalog integrations misconfigured — meaning the brand was making budget decisions on unreliable data.
No Retargeting or Prospecting
The account had no retargeting or prospecting campaigns in place, leaving high-intent audiences and new customer acquisition completely unaddressed.
Outdated Campaign Architecture
The Google Ads account lacked product-level segmentation and was not leveraging Performance Max or catalog-driven campaign types critical for DTC eCommerce.

What We Did
Rebuilt the entire measurement and tracking foundation — correctly linking Google Ads, GA4, Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, Shopify, and server-side tracking into a unified, accurate data layer. Then restructured the Google Ads account with product-segmented campaigns for Pressure Cookers, Dutch Ovens, Canners & Sealers, and Sterilizers. Launched Performance Max by product category, deployed retargeting and prospecting campaigns, and implemented a breakeven ROAS framework to guide budget allocation toward the highest-margin opportunities.
